Does your workers tested for COVID-19?
All our workers practice strict COVID-19 SOP at all times and they are tested using PCR for COVID-19 every 2 weeks.
What method do we use to clean carpet?
The method we use for cleaning is hot water extration, commonly referred to as steam cleaning. We use recommanded carpet cleaning chemical solution sprayed on the carpet fibers. Then, using steam cleaning machine it creates a powerful suction extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and 95% of the moisture.
Are your chemicals safe for childrens and pets?
Our chemicals are highest quality, it is water based and non-hazardous, it is safe on all types of carpets (roll carpets & tile), upholstery fabric. Our cleaning process extracts effectively all chemicals residue and water from the carpet.
Can pet or urine odour able to removed?
Yes, our 3 step process removes the stains, sanitize, deodorize and deep extracts the bacteria that causes the smell.
How often should i do carpet cleaning?
We highly recommend our customers once a year is the best practice for hygiene and longer lifespan of your investment. Cleaning costs are minimal when you consider replacement costs.
