HOW TO WASH CARPET IN A CARPET WASHING MACHINE?
A carpet that is ready to be washed must be wetted before it is placed on the belt. Therefore, the first step of carpet washing is to wet the carpet. The carpet, which is immersed in the pre-wetting pool, is also wetted by the water nozzles arranged on the front, and is put straight into the automatic carpet machine and sent forward from the belt.
The shampoo coming from the brushes starts to clean the carpet with plenty of foam. With the millimetric pressure created by the brushes, the brushes provide an optimum level of cleaning. Sometimes, in cases where the carpet gets under the brushes or gets stuck due to the type of carpet, the belt is rolled back and the carpet is straightened again and washing continues.
The next step for the carpet, which has passed the pre-washing stage, will be to pass through the medium wash brush. The medium wash brush fluffs the hairs of the carpet and reveals the dirt inside the carpet.
The other step of the carpet that undergoes the middle brushing process is to meet with the roller squeegee system that rinses in the opposite direction.
And the bottom of the carpet is cleaned together with the bottom washing brush, which is the last step, and the carpet washing process is completed. After passing these stages, the washed and cleaned carpet is thrown into the carpet spin dryer machine, squeezed, and taken to the carpet hanging area.
This is how the carpet is washed in an automatic carpet washing machine.
